I have been a customer with this chemist for approx 20 years and have had nothing but good service and friends. Over the last 2,months my customer has been dealt with by my daughter and counter staff. Any thing i needed to order I was not allowed to, I spoke to my Doctor 2 days ago and he issued a prescription , it was being collected and only one item was delivered, I rang to ask where other item was and was told I couldn’t be informed . I can’t imagine any chemist staff can overrule a doctor and I cannot be suspended from ordering unless any medical confirmation was supplied . I am so bothered about this situation and would have been better if true facts issued. —
