I came to the surgery yesterday and left a urine infection. I am now told that i should have made an appointment and that the sample has been discarded without anyone checking it . As i have kidney failure I find this to be not acceptable . It would only have taken a few seconds to check if it was clear or not . Now i have to stsrt ahain tomorrow when i probably wont be able to get an appointment ! Poor service ! —  30/08/2023
