Today I got a second text purporting to be from your surgery asking for a blood pressure reading. I do not have a machine, or smart phone, and I am housebound, so I cannot visit the Surgery. This last I know you have on record.

When I phoned previously about an identical text I was told to ignore it and that there was no such person as Mr Elliott Hyde, who "signed" the text, at your practice. If it is you who is sending these texts would you please call me by phone on (phone hidden) to discuss the matter.
