New automated booking system good. Obviously some teething issue as new,but works. Only comment is that there are a lot of options to pick from and for an elderly impaired patient the number may be confusing. Overall initial start looks good and definitely saves time queing on phone. Also should help receptionist in freeing up their time. — jecr…@gmail.comreveal
