Updated: 17. January 2022 new rating <p> I agree with the inspection outcome but have since carried out the following improvements:</p> <p> 1. The hot display is now monitored closely to make sure it is constantly above 63C</p> <p> and the following conditions found at the time of the inspection were not usual conditions at the premises:</p> <p> 1. A new employee had covered the grill area of the hot display so the hot air could not circulate within.  </p>
