Updated: 27. October 2023 <p> We have actioned everything found in the report and the head chef has taken a refresher course on Food Hygiene & safety for catering. Paperwork was unavailable at the time of the inspection as the chef took home on his previous shift the training and food files from the kitchen the previous day to update the cleaning schedules and didn’t return them, these are now back in the kitchen and never to be removed. Any cleaning jobs highlighted have been rectified. At the time of the visit all food was dated correctly. The fly unit did have dead flies in it but this is a sticky board fly killer not electric and is changed every 3 months by pest control. One fridge did show a high temperature but this was temped with the door open next to the hot pass, we then closed the fridge door with a probe in it with the officer and the temperature was below 5 degrees. Oil filters have been cleaned and cracked tiles replaced on the floor.</p>
