June 2023 new rating <p> Premises showing a 3 rating whilst the new score goes through the appeal period, Halton Councils making this statement so the public are clear that since the premises was closed by formal notice, it has now reopened and a new score reflective of the findings of the visit subject to the closure order will be published in due course and the business owner has advised of that they do not intend to appeal given that the premises was closed under a court order. </p>
