January 2024 <p> We agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements; the premises has been thoroughly cleaned and there are procedures in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.  Staff have been given new work instructions.</p> <p> All Educaterers issues have been completed, the school issues are ongoing; the hot water issue is under review, the tap top has not been replaced and the flaking paint is also awaiting repair.</p> <p> A new work instruction has been sent to all Educaterers units instructing on the process that must be followed in the event of no hot water.</p> <p>  </p> <p>  </p> <p>  </p>
