February 2023 <p> Unfortunately due to poor records and systems required to operate, we failed the inspection.We have accepted the resignation of a number of our staff and closed the business temporarily.<br /> The difficulty to recruit is painfully highlighted here with the lack of skilled staff available, so all hospitality businesses are chasing the same people. <br /> Once new systems are in place we will request a re-score in an effort to reopen with a new team.</p>
