June 2023 <p> Additional to treating raw flour used in play-doh with boiling hot water (which was our previous procedure) we have also reviewed our making process to add in heating the flour in the microwave on high for 1minute 15 seconds - mixing at 15 second intervals. This has been actioned with immediate effect. We have ensured all staff are now aware of the 2 stage sink clean (hot soapy water first) in addition to our usual antibacterial clean and this has been actioned with immediate effect. We have separated the sink usages and have deep cleaned the sink areas to now ensured that one is an 'hand washing only sink' - all new signage is now also displayed. (dish washing sink, hand washing only sink & hand washing only after nappy changing/ toileting sink). We will continue to hand wash and wear disposable gloves as per our current and previous procedures, actioned 14.06.23. We have added to our current risk assessment and food management procedures by downloading the Safer Food Better Business documentation - this has been filled out and review dates have been recorded, staff have begun carry out daily checks and sign the document twice daily (from 15.06.23). Staff have reviewed their training in all areas and records have been filled out for this - 28.06.23.</p>
