Updated: 16. August 2023 new rating <p> The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure cleanliness is maintained. A new management system has been implemented. The staff have been trained re supervisory arrangements. The conditions found at the time of inspection arose because there was a new general manager took over during peak summer period, only weeks prior to inspection.  The Head chef was absent during the inspection</p>
