I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements:&nbsp;</p>

1. The SFBB pack has been reviewed and training part completed;&nbsp;</div>

2. Food handlers have passed level 2 training;&nbsp;</div>
<div>
3. 2 new wire mesh baskets bought to to replace the broken one;&nbsp;</div>
<div>
4. A new set of 6&nbsp; coloured chopping boards have been purchased and replaced all of the old ones;</div>

5. A small amount of food is left in display chiller and during preparation , policy is implemented;&nbsp;</div>
<div>
6. Sauce temperatures are being checked more frequently and every time all sauces are over 75oc</div>

7. Staff are washing their hands in the hand wash basin.</div>
