We acknowledge and have rectified the main issues that needed to be addressed.&nbsp; We pride ourselves on providing a safe and comfortable place for our customers and staff alike, and it is always our aim to maintain the highest standards possible.&nbsp; As a small family business, it is extremely important for us to carry the best possible grade out of respect for our customers and community, and appreciate any guidance to achieve this.&nbsp;<o:p></o:p></span></p>
