August 2024 <p> It was meat preparation day and not finished task.  I can except it was untidy the reason of that some of the area not clean properly, as you are aware we are small business and has limited space.  Normally after the preparation we separate the raw meat utensil and equipment with ready to eat food utensil separately washed and disinfect.  The date of inspection the task was not completed, I was busy and I probably I did not give enough explanation to the officer and they were not satisfied with my answer.</p>
