November 2023 <div> I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements:</div> <div>  </div> <div> <div> - The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained</div> </div> <div>  </div> <div> - The establishment has been or will shortly be fully renovated</div> <div>  </div> <div> - A new management system has been implemented.</div> <div>  </div> <div> - The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements.</div> <div>  </div> <div> <div> - We have carried several works in the Unit to make sure all holes and potential pest access are sealed. We are still carrying this jobs and once done, we will request another visit. In the meantime, we can confirm the whole unit has been cleaned and daily checks are in place.</div> </div> <div>  </div> <div> <div> The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because:</div> </div> <div>  </div> <div> <div> - There is an ongoing issue in our area with pest accessing the units in the business centre and we are working on proofing our unit completely to make sure this doesn’t happen again.</div> </div> <div>  </div>
