Carried out the following improvements: All maintenance issues have now been repaired. As noted by the inspector we have always, and continue to keep a high standard of cleanliness and food hygiene.</p>

Unfortunately we had a burst water mains on the morning of the inspection which had tripped the sockets in the kitchen and we lost electricity to the hot water boiler and the small freezer. The same day we had an electrician call out who fixed both and by 2pm we had hot water and a working freezer.</p>
