How have you got a 5 star confidence rating in management at TYA ??? In my experience of working there , you rewarded all the uncaring staff & put sooo much pressure on the staff that were actually very good at their job 🤷🏻‍♂️🤬
Jenny Carpenter ?? 🤬 Had one aim & one aim only & that wax to climb the ladder there, as quickly as humanly possible & she did !!! I’ve never met such an arse licking , uncaring person in all my years of being a carer !!!!! She upset sooo many members of staff & you might as well get rid of that whistleblowing box in reception because I doubt you read half of the concerns in there !!!!! 🤬🤬🤬
That bloody Vanya too !!! 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️😩😩😩
There’s a pair !! Her & Jenny “ useless, unfeeling “ carpenter !!! I feel sorry for the clients there & I’ve never once recommended you to people !!!!
